CAPRI COMMUNITIES   Senior living is a rapidly growing industry and there are many options in the market. Capri Communities owns and operates 20 different facilities that offer Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living. Each of those scenarios has different objectives and targeted audiences. Through our discovery process we identified each audience and their key decision making triggers. The new brand spoke to each of these groups and reflected the new brand’s “simple elegance” – superior quality delivered in caring, warm environments. “Enjoy life” became the positioning line that would appeal to each group.

We designed the logo, tagline, positioning statement, community identities, letterhead, business cards, envelopes, name tags, PowerPoint, folder and sell sheets. We also designed a new website at that is engaging for all of their key users – potential residents and their family, potential employees and potential investors. We created a brand guidelines and a website manual so that the internal marketing team could make updates on their own. Following the launch of the new brand we did some digital advertising, assisted with analytics on the ads and website and provided on-going branding adherence support.
